03Role in NO AI ACT

For NO AI ACT, he is responsible for the concept, game design, software development, educational content, source research, versioning and internal editorial review. The project translates concepts from Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 into investigative cases and teaching resources in Italian and English.

This work demonstrates experience in research, educational design and communication about AI regulation. It does not amount to a professional legal qualification: the project does not provide legal advice, does not replace the legal text and has not yet undergone independent legal review.

04Method and editorial transparency

  • Primary sources: EUR-Lex, the European Commission, the AI Office and relevant institutional documentation.
  • Clear boundaries: binding law, institutional guidance and educational simplification are treated as distinct categories.
  • Traceable corrections: code and content are public, versioned and covered by automated tests; reports and proposals go through the repository.
  • Declared limits: educational effectiveness has not yet been empirically validated, and the pages cannot determine the duties arising in a specific case.
  • Independence: NO AI ACT is a personal project and not an official publication of the University of Tuscia.
